RETURN POLICY

  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of the original delivery date.

  • Returned watches are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Watches must be returned in the same condition they were received and include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

  • Watches purchased on sale or a during promotional period are not eligible for return.

  • Sourced watches are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, 14-21 business days after the returned item has been received.
